I don't think this is true. She seems to think it is. She said that when she gets her citizenship she can bring all her brothers and sisters and her mother and father???

She doesn't have any brothers/sisters and if this was true (which I know it is not) then she would only try to bring her mother.

1) Is this true?

2) If so, is this approximately 10 years after entering the US on a K1 visa or when can she petition for her mother?

3) If it is not true (which I am pretty sure it is not), how can we get her mother into the country legally. I know she will be denied the B2 visitor visa and I am not sure about the B1 work visa, but is there another way?

THANKS

Yes, it's true. Once she becomes a citizen she can become the petitioner for family members.

I believe you're correct and it's 10 years. I don't have the details on how citizenship works, but I'm sure you could get the info off of the government pages.

Good luck :)

Once she gets her USC she can petition her parents and siblings. Takes about 1 year for parents and about 13 years for siblings from Mexico.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
