From looking at your timeline, it looks like your I-130 and I-129f were approved by CSC on the same day. It may be possible that CSC only forwarded your K3 and held on to your CR1/IR1. In the past this was true and you had to file an I-824 to have the I-130 forwarded to NVC.

Lately they have been forwarding both petitions to NVC, and you have the choice pursuing either one.

Regarding your question about not getting the auto-response, I think several people reported problem with yahoo accounts, but it would be best to call them back in a few to see if they received your attachment.

Are you thinking of pursuing the I-130 as a way around the 221(g)?

They received a lot of emails daily and it takes about a week to sort through.

It's better for you to send it by overnight express mail and follow up with phone calls. Also ask for the person or department you should put attention to, so the letter gets to the right person faster.

Seems our petitions were in the same envelope, our I-130 was "lost" too. I refused to send in the form I-824 and pay a $340 fee for them to send something I don't believe they ever sent to begin with (who can say it won't get "lost" again?? or how much longer it would have taken?). We decided to pursue the K-3 route, it may cost more in the long run, but at least my husband will be with me when our daughter has her 1st birthday.

Good Luck to you whatever you decide! (F)
