Is there any update with June filers?

Yes!!!! I got my approval letter last Saturday, the package is on its way to my house, I am doing all the criminal records and my interview is on October 10th!!!!!!!!!!! everything has changed in a week!!!! everything has changed sooo fast but I am happy because if everything goes well, I will be with my baby boy by the end of October!!!!!!

we filled end of May 08 and got NOA1 on june 5th 08 and still not heard, so hoping by end of this month it happens for us too. this waiting is worse than ever as the days tick down, but you know what the saying is everything goods comes to those who wait............... and everyday is one less......... i love reading everyones comments and stories, so good luck to all, just try to stay happy and your that day will come

I did not realise that you got your interview date so quickly and with your noa2 , I thought that you got that when you sent your packet 3 back.

I am waiting for my NOA2 and was going to delay sending back packet 3 till the new year as I have a flight to Texas for the Christmas Holidays, and I wont be ready to go until feb/march next year

If I get my interview that quick I will have to lose the money for the flight as I cant go for Good in December to much to sort out.

Just one question..... Does the US embassy in Peru let you schedule your interview before you have been sent packet 3??

Just one question..... Does the US embassy in Peru let you schedule your interview before you have been sent packet 3??

Well before I called the embassy I had to make sure that my package was on my way to my house. I wanted to speed up things.When my fiance told me he received the NOA2 (september 13th) i waited until monday 15thn to call NVC and I was told that my package was received 09/09 and sent to the Consulate in Lima 09/11. Then Kim (a wonderful and very helpfull VJ member) helped me tracking my package from NVC to the Consulate in Lima and I realized my package arrived Lima 09/15. So many news in one day!!!!!!......then I waited a couple of days and I called the embassy and they asked me for my case number (you have to provide the new case number the NVC gave you) and they told me they scheduled my interview for October 10th at 8:45am!!!!!! and they also told me that my package was delivered to my house that day (09/18) and i should receive it in 5 working days!!!!

I cant wait to this wating to be over!!! i am extremely anxious!!!!!
