Has anyone heard anything who has filed in June? I filed for my fiance on June 12 and received the NOA1 June 24. Now I am waiting for the NOA2. Hope it comes soon, this waiting period sucks the life out of me.

My NOA is June 12 and we are still waiting. I'm not expecting to hear anything until mid-late September...

hello. we are may 1 filers. i just have a question. how would you know if your case has been touched? answers pls?

You need to open an account in the USCIS website. Then, you will have updates of your case. For example, in my case, we received our first NOA June 09 and the last update showed June 23rd, which means the case was touched. Apparently touches dont mean a big deal but at least that means someone touched the file :yes:

WE GOT OUR NOA 1 ON THE 30TH JUNE, LAST TOUCH WAS THE 11TH JULY, I AM HOPING FOR NOA2 IN OCTOBER BUT WOULD BE GREAT IF IT CAME SOONER, I JUST WANT TO GET ON WITH THE REST OF MY LIFE AND GET OUT OF THE WAITING ROOM..........
