I really want to ask you guys if there is any different between the Administrative Review and the Administrative Process . the woman at the embassy told me that she needs to do some Administrative review and she gave me a yellow paper and she marked on where it says Administrative Process and passport .

Hot Guy the Embassy told me that Administrative review is a short time about 30 days and Administrative process was a long time. The way it was explained to me from the Ukraine Embassy was that the consulor was reviewing the case and it would take less than 30 days unless it was but on AP at the end of the review so keep your fingers crossed for review.

Yeah i did . and the guy at DOS said everything look fine . but i'm still confused if its AP or AR.

i don't know how can i know ? and whats the different between AP and AR ?

My fiancee sent an Email to the embassy asked them whats going on . so i hope when they will reply her we will find out if its AP or AR .

and i really want to know why they doing that i mean put people under AP or AR ?!!!!
