What did she say? My guess is complete silence.

BTW, no movement on London's list. Again. 2 cases completed in the last 36 days & counting. :(

Absolutely right, not a word! As for the list - :( :( :(

What is "London's list"???

There's another thread just for the 'London list' - VJers and their SOs who are applying for waivers. They are all either from the UK or Ireland, as the London embassy deals with Dublin's waiver applications. I hang out there as I'm the only Brit on this thread, and even though I'm in AP, they're kind enough to have me (F)

Yup - but for people who are denied for specific reasons. If you and I are denied, we appeal - it's not the same thing.

After 60 days do we contact the Embassy or Department of State?

How do we contact Department of State?

Does anyone know how to file advisory opinion?

Thanks. Can't wait to hear something positive from anyone gives us all hope. Best of luck to everyone, please keep us in your prayer.

You can file for advisory opinon through their website. But just a response to the advisory opinion takes 2-3 months. : ( It would be nice to know who to file through for inquiries. : )
