I had no problems at the airport - in fact the second time I went was during the CR1 process and the guy at immigration even said 'I hope to see you coming back very soon as a permanent resident :) '

Holy smokes, sure beats the reception MY husband received by border control ONE WEEK after his daughter was killed in a car accident & he came here to grieve with me. BC said to him, "You were just here a few months ago. Why don't you spend some time in your own country for a change?" No joke.

Married 2008

-------------------------------------------------------------------

5/21/09 - filed I-130

12/7/09 - Interview (denied for 28 yr old CIMT); filed waiver same day

6/18/10 - I-601 Waiver Denied, added misrep for checking wrong box on landing card (lifetime ban)

7/16/10 - AAO Appeal filed.

8/31/12 - AAO appeal sustained (THANK YOU, GOD FOR YOUR MERCY)

10/8/12 - USCIS sent file to Consulate

11/28/12 - Visa in hand

12/10/12 - HERE AT LAST! (ALL GLORY TO GOD!)

Yup, that's how my husband and I feel :( :( :( There are VJers who post here regularly that have been in AP far, far longer than I though - I just hope and pray that we all get our visas very soon!

I called today as well - when I asked when the last date-stamp was she replied 'I can't actually tell you that, but I can tell you that they're busy working on it' and for the first time I answered back - 'can't be that busy working on it if 85 days later still nowhere near completion' :bonk: :bonk: :bonk:

What did she say? My guess is complete silence.

BTW, no movement on London's list. Again. 2 cases completed in the last 36 days & counting. :(
