It's FYI about my timeline New YOrk City (marrige with citizen based AOS)

I applied I-485,I-130,I-131,I-765 end of March (priority date March 23 2006.

And Today I got NOA of interview on July 17. Its less than 4 months.

It will take 2 months form interview to GC so it's 6 months from ND to GC

The process is getting quicker even in NYC?

Jan/2005 Husband entered US on J1 (NOT subject to 2 years home country resident requirement)

Mar/2005 We met for the 1st time.

July/2005 Marriage!!

8/29/2005 N-400　Submit VSC

9/19/2005 Notice of Action Delivered

9/26/2005 Finger Print Notice

9/29/2005 Finger Print

10/13/2005 Interview Notice

2/9/2006 Citizen interview at federal Plaza@NYC

2/27/2006 Oath

<Process of husband to get GC @New York City>

3/22/2006 Send I-130,I-485,I-131,I-765 by DHL to CHIGAGO Lockbox

3/23/2006 recieved by USCIS

3/30/2006 NOA's of 4 applications arrived at our home

4/18/2006 Finger Print Notice on the date 4/20 deliverd to Lawyer address. Why not mine !!

4/19/2006 Request FP reschedule by snail mail with original FP notice

4/28/2006 Got FP Final Notice(which says take FP anytime anyday) with original Notice!!

4/29/2006 Took FP at Brooklyn Application Service Center

5/6/2006 I-485,I-765 touched

5/8/2006 I-130,I-765,I-131 touched

5/20/2006 Recieved Interview Notice on July/17/2006 at Garden city.It's comming !!

5/31/2006 AP approved and sent by mail, I-765 touched.It's comming !!

6/1/2006 EAD approved and sent by mail. It's comming !!

6/5/2006 AP arrived ( two I-512L s, one for POE, the other is for me)

6/6/2006 EAD arrived

7/17/2006 Garden City GC interview.. not quite good..

8/2/2006 show approved online

8/2006 Welcome letter arived!!

8/16/2006 GC arrived !!!!
