My case is pending with CSC for 130 and 129 but I want to visit my husband family in India, Is that going to be a problem if I travel overseas? is that going to be a problem at the time of my visa interview ?

No.... A US visa petition/application does not restrict a person from having a life... including but not limited to visiting other countries for anyone of various reasons....
