HOLA QUERIDOS AMIGOS DE VJ AQUI PONGO MI TIMELINE DE AOS &EAD Y DESDE ESE ENTONCES DESDE QUE ENVIE MAS EVIDENCIA DE RFE NO HE RECIBIDO MAS INFORMACION DE INMIGRACION ESPERO USTEDES ME PUEDAN AYUDAR ME INTERESA MUCHO SABER CUANTO SE TARDA MAS O MENOS LA VISA DE TRABAJO EN LLEGAR YA QUE ME HAN LLEGADO VARIAS OFERTAS DE TRABAJO Y NO HE RECIBIDO NOTICIAS DE INMIGRACION CON RESPECTO A LA I-485. Al parecer sigues en el tiempo normal para la EAD. Si mal no recuerdo son 90 dias, cierto?

i will take a wild guess to your question... it looks like you sent your RFE on July 17 so you are waiting to hear for when you might receive an approval??? if this is what you are asking, i would hope that you hear something soon and if you're lucky maybe it will get approved without an interview.

Los tiempos segun el USCIS son de 30 a 90 dias. Pero varia de caso en caso; hay personas que han tardado casi 1 año para que el den el permiso de trabajo por burocracias internas.

Para el USCIS todos deben esperar: la residencia completa es una loteria del tiempo exacto que tarda.
