okay guys

it is a long story but i'll just cut it down

filed last year

got my EAD , worked

got an interviwe , went REALLY BAD ( 7 h )

the whole case got denied ..

send a Motion to Re-open , and got denied ..

the send me a later that all the doc i got based on the case is revoked ..

refiled again

and Recived my 1st Notice

now i want to know

as my Old EAD still did't expire , and they recived my new case , can i still work with it ..

The original EAD was an interim benefit based on the original I-485 application. When the original application was denied, all interim benefits associated with or based on that application (or approved subject to status adjustment) should have also terminated.

However, do not accept my interpretation alone as gospel, though.

23 Aug 2008 - Received State ID card, valid for 4 years

05 Sep 2008 - Received new corrected State ID

24 Sep 2008 - AP and EAD approved

04 Oct 2008 - EAD in the mail

05 Oct 2008 - AP in the mail, applied for SSN

IMHO, fwaguy is correct in saying that the EAD the OP has is connected to the original AOS that has been denied. IMHO the OP will need a new EAD with the new AOS application. Makes sense.

Maybe, but what is the problem with sticking to the OP's question and answering it? Whatever went wrong with the OP's original application really isn't the issue here. How would you suggest that someone else search for that information and arrive at the explanation provided...assuming the OP wishes to divulge said information?

Your original EAD was filed in conjunction with a since denied AoS application. When your AoS was denied, you were no longer under the status of [c][9] which made you ineligible for the EAD. Your work authorization was invalid even though the card as an object was valid. You need to apply for a new EAD tied with the new AoS application.

WOW I didn't know you are speaking for him. I kindly asked Marwan a question, not you. And he does not have to answer if he doesn't want to. We are all stressed in this journey and I thought this forum is meant for us to help each other. Are you saying I can only leave a post if I know the answer to his question and otherwise shut up??? Honey, this IS America. Everyone who lives here is entitled to their opinion. No, I never said...literally or implied...that one cannot post if they do not have the answer. That is not for me to decide. I believe in answering the question rather than trying to get information that has nothing at all to do with the actual issue. Many times questions like that are merely to appease the curiosity of the asker. :)

I am sorry you are sick though. Hope you feel better soon. :D

thanks guys for ur answers

the reason for my old Application to be denied is totaly silly , and i dont want to talk about it

anyways

i filed again , ( with a lawyer this time ) it is costy , but u know what anything just to get over this ..

i lost a my dream job

anyways

i got the Notice with the date of aug 8

and my bio was in Sept 4

and lets see how long it is going to take them this time :S

same #### different flies because the #### stinks and the filies dies
