Hello All,

Our K3 (I129F) has been forwarded to NVC (got a letter from USICS confirming this). However the NVC automated system only has case number assigned to our I130 WAC number.

Does this mean that NVC is going the route of I130 rather than K3? Please let me know if you have information on this. Thanks.

You'll have to call the NVC again and speak with a live rep. to see what they're going to do. I'm thinking that since they have both of them there, they will forward your I-129F to the embassy for the K3 visa. But check with them.
