Feel Hopeless

I feel so hopeless right now because apparently USCIS don`t know how to read or just ignoring cover letters and stuff like that. I somewhat have a unique case and had to give breif explanation to it. But it was all useless. Now I was trying to make an infopass but it is not one date available till the end of september! I don`t know what to do any more. Hubby is in US military working hard and going to school full time and I just don`t do ####. These 4 walls I`m sitting in are driving me crazy!

That I don`t have a NOA1 for I-130. I never received it.

I submitted copies of processed checks and NOA for address change for I-130 as a prove.

But nothing....

That happened to my daughter's I-130 as well. We did not receive any notices for that. I submitted copies of the check that has a WAC number on it and I seem to think that proves that we have indeed filed I-130 for her but still got RFE for it. I guess that was not enough. I called CSC about it and they told me that my USC husband should be the one making the request for NOA and not me because he was the one who filed and signed for it. The next day my husband called CSC and inform them that he did not get NOAs for my daughter. They told him that they are going to mail out a reprint of the notice. After a week, NOA1 came in the mail and I made a copy and sent it with the RFE. That was 3 weeks ago.

I guess your husband should call the office that you guys sent your I-130.

Thanks a lot! We were speaking with USCIS representatives after we never received the NOA1 and they told us that we cannot get a replacement one. So according to what you are sayng we need to call directly to VSC (thats where our petition is) and ask them... Too bad my hubby is at work till late tonight I would make him call there immidiatly.

I didn't have an NOA1 either for the I 130. I did have the NOA2 (approval notice)

It hasn't been an issue at all for us.

I just looked at your timeline- you got married and then remained in the US? For some reason I thought you were a K3 and are now adjusting status. Sorry about that- I jumped the gun on my answer.

Tanyaru, it is really so sad whay you are going through. I am sure people have asked you this before, but do you think of resubmitting the whole package, along with new I-130? Did you ask if that is possible? Another 355$ is a lot, but very worth of your peace of mind... If they allow you of course.

Tanyaru, it is really so sad whay you are going through. I am sure people have asked you this before, but do you think of resubmitting the whole package, along with new I-130? Did you ask if that is possible? Another 355$ is a lot, but very worth of your peace of mind... If they allow you of course.

Yes, people asked me that before. And guess what, I asked USCIS. They said I cannot have 2 I-130s pending at the same time, it will result denial. I can withdraw I-130 which is already pending which is going to take a few month (!). So, trust me, I already thought about that. Money is really not an issue in this case.
