If you are looking in the mirror and asking yourself all those questions to confirm . then there is an abvious problem with identity acceptance. Self esteem means getting a life!!!

I agree! Sometimes realization comes but self acceptance happens to be the tougher part.

Yeah well any advancement I'd make with these techniques would be immediately undone the moment I looked in a mirror. It's a nice theory but I can't see it working for me
