:rofl: Nah... you may have been up with a sick kid (Inshallah she feels better ASAP)...

But I just realized how I typed that and it's totally misleading.. Hamza is the new kitten (my son named him) ... Not my husband LOOOL ... Jihed does eat like a champ however not much for hiding under the bed.. Although some days when my nerves are shot I wouldn't be opposed to that :P

I hope that your day gets better Bridget!!!!!

Ok I was up from 2am to 4am with a sick child so I know I'm overtired but I totally thought you were talking about your husband and I'm like wow......he hides under the bed? :lol:

This day cannot end soon enough. It's 9:20am and I've already been yelled at via email four times by the same person. :wow:

me too!!! She was complaining that her ear hurt her last night before bed. . . then she tapped me on the shoulder at 2am and I had to give her meds and do some bigtime snuggling action with a hot water bottle on her ear until about 4am, then my alarm went off and I realized my husband wasn't up yet so he almost missed the bus (literally) and all the while she is up and giggly and can't wait to go to camp!!! I was all set to take her to the doctor and stay home today but noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. Today they tour Fenway and get to meet some of the Red Sox and she's a HUGE fan so I think she lied when she said she's all better. I don't think ear infections get better without antibiotics but I could be wrong. Anyways it was a flashback to when I had to get up for the feedings!

Morning, all. Couldn't fall asleep last night until maybe 2 am, then got up when hubby came in at 4:30, went back to bed at 5:45, overslept and jumped up at 8. It's going to be a long day.

Sorry to hear about the screaming e-mails, Bridget. I hate those.

You know I've tried to keep Malek up late and he still wakes up but I think I know what it is. I think that his father is not feeding him like I do on the weekends. I do bottle, then bowl of cereal and fruit, bottle, lunch veggies and fruit, bottle, dinner veggies and fruit, bottle. I think that cereal is not getting fed like I do it. And he is trying to make up for it at night and I am going to have to put the smackdown on this because he has got to make sure he feeds food and formula and not just formula when he is lazy. I'm catching on because yesterday I said what did he eat? Found out Malek didn't have breakfast, so he was up at midnight and up at 3am wanting a bottle.

Ok, I've been told in Egypt that I look Russian :wacko: I really can't see it but I had one man walk up to me and speak Russian or whatever it is they speak and I kept saying no no no. My husband rescued me and said American, English! It's probably the dark hair that makes me resemble her. I had my hair lightened for years but went back to my natural lately.

Ok, this whole 6 week late thing would kill me to know! Good luck on whatever it is that you find out, I hope it goes your way!

I hope your little one is better Bridget. I have to keep my daughter up all night on Wednesday night for a test Thursday morning and then I have to go to work. Probably get fired for being a grouch. I think I will take advantage of the Egyptians in the house that never sleep to keep her awake!

The first day was not so bad! I only called home 5 times and that was working half a day! LOL :blush:

I'm actually on AZ time (we don't change the time here) so PST and MST...it varies when others change their clocks! So strange...

ehhhh...yea nawal..today was suppose to be day 3 of zaid sleeping thru the night, yea that didnt happen, he was up at 4am to eat...thats bc his daddy lets him go to bed at 7pm, while i make him stay up til 9 or 930pm...I have no control over it if i am at work tho...

I have a class for MIT today...its 6 darn hours long...Im gonna lose my mind...watching some boring person read word for word off of a powerpoint...wooohooo...my kind of day...NOT!

well i better start getting myself ready, i only have 2 hours...

Love the new pic on your siggy! You guys are so adorable! :)

Good morning everybody! We went to pick up the temporary packet today for Ayman to drive. He wants to try and take the test tonight if they can make the appointment. We'll see....he has studied the book for a few months in English and will try and take the test in Arabic. Keep your fingers crossed for him if he gets to go.

My sidekick here at work is in an Access class today and I am probably going to be super busy :crying:

Malek woke up twice last night, I know what you mean Kelly. Ayman put him to bed at 745 but he was screaming and as soon as he laid him down he fell over asleep. I'm beginning to think he will never sleep all night every night again, how I miss those few weeks I had!

Good morning MENA! Happy Tuesday!!! It's 8am and I've already been in my office for an hour.... I'm not sure what motivated me to come in early because now all that I can think about is being back in my warm snug bed! It's another hot one here in the North East... High of 90 and 80% humidity :blink: The weather was so nice last week! Hamza is eating like a champ (thanks to Kel's tip) and has even started to come out of hiding a little bit more.... The first few days he just wanted to hide under my bed but now he's starting to rule the house... Not sure if that's good or not..If he could just get over thinking 3am is time for romper room!
