My husband just received the I-797C, Notice of Action. We are sending in the form I-29F. My question is, "Is it ok if my husband will not send in copy of the money order he sent with the form I-130?" We were not able to make a copy of the money order. Will that be a problem?

What about the copy of I-130 Transfer Notice? It says in the step-by-step guides to send in this notice along with form I-129F. Is that a copy we should wait to arrive or is that already included in NOA which is the I-797C? Thanks in advance for any help you could extend us.

Unless they transfered your I130 to a different service center don't worry about the transfer notice.

I didn't send a copy of the payment for the I130. The only thing I sent with the I129f was a cover letter, a copy of our marriage cert and a translation, and a copy of our NOA for the I130. All of our other Bonafides were sent in with the I130.

BTW- You should make copies of everything you send in.

Did you mean I do not need to add G-325A when sending my I-129f since I already sent it with I-130

Should I send the original copy of the NOA for I-130 or just the copy of it? Thanks for your answer to my first question:)

A copy.

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!
