Hey Happyinlove,

Our case was completed on Aug14 as well and now we are waiting for the interview. Since Russian Embassy has scheduled up to Oct. 19th it looks like we are going to end up with late October date.

GOOD luck to everybody whose case got competed recently!

There's been lots of chatter about interview dates...how do you know the Russian Embassy is scheduled up to Oct. 19th?

Or better yet, how do the rest of us find out case-load of our respective embassy?

I know because US Embassy in Moscow puts the interview schedule on its website, I don't know if other Embassies do that. So I looked last Friday and now they are booked up to Oct. 27th. They update every Monday. Since they don't work this Mon they updated last Friday. So my hopes about October interview are evaporating by the minute. Lol. I still hope that we get schedules at least for the first week of Nov and not later. My husband and I had to be living in two countries for two years, though he was here for the summers and more wait is just about to kill me Lol.

Can you please tell me how do you know that Moscow embassy is scheduled up to Oct 19th? I followed their online schedule for a few months, and it looks like they loosely schedule first, then later they pack more interviews on same dates. So it is confusing a bit, to try guess what will be the date.

Yes, that is true, they scheduled up to 12 interviews a day max. in August and Sept. and in period from Oct. 1st to Oct. 27th they scheduled only 6 interviews a day. So there is a chance that we could still get an October date.

Wow that is crazy that they schedule that far in advance. I am hoping that you get an interview in October. Keep me updated on the other thread if you get your interview date. Hang in there. Good luck.

Thank you. I read here on VJ that they schedule interviews early in the month for the next month. So I do still hope we can get things done for Oct. date. I think you definitely should be able to get Oct. date. Of course, nobody knows 100% with them, but hope so. Also I hope they do give some kind of priority to spouses of US citizens.
