IS the next thing to happen me getting the NOA receipt in the mail ? Hi, next you will get your NOA1

and it is witrh this i can get a drivers licence right ? Depending where you are, you may be able to get it now...all you need normally is your passport showing your visa. That's how it is in California. Do a search on the DMV & your state.

Then after the NOA comesthe next thingis fingerprint appointment right ? Yes, shortly (usually) after the NOA1, you will receive an appointment letter telling you when & where your Biometrics appointment is.

Is the NOA receipt ofmy AOS package got information on it allowing me to start tracking my AOS case online ? Yes, if it is at the National Benefits Center (normally), you will have a number on your NOA1 that starts with MSC. Mine took about 2-3 weeks to show online.

Thanks guys and good luck

Hope this info helps you out! Good luck!

You are more than welcome! Actually, did you get a white paper stuck inside your passport with your visa application type on it? (in my case, it is stamped by Border Patrol with a K3 print on it). That is all you need for the DMV.

I think it differs from State to State. In my case, Virginia DMV issued a temporary driver's license which will expire together with my white I-94 in September....
