DS-3032 form

VJers,

I am trying to find out which method of sending DS3032 -mail vs. email - is getting faster response from NVC? For people who have recently sent in DS-3032 (Choice of Agent) form, which method is moving quicker to have choice of agent assigned?

Also, for email option, do we have to attach the actual form?? or is the format posted in VJ guides/Loto's guide should be sufficient without actual DS3032 attachment?

hard copy is MUCH faster nowadays ...

I recommend to email and mail in the hardcopy because either way you will get a response. As for the email option you don't need to scan a copy of the DS-3032, just send them the email such as the one from Loto's guide which was used on our case. Good luck.

Hi crazysamurai, we sent e-mail (loto template), received autoreply immediately, and 10 days later it was accepted in AVR and e-mail reply from them telling us that address change was made. It was nice to have e-mail reply from them regarding that. IV bill appeared active immediately after that in their online payment system.

It would have taken longer for us to mail it from overseas and still wait for it to get processed.

If you e-mail, make sure the beneficiary name and date of birth and NVC case numbers are in a subject line!! Loto template is not 100% correct. NVC now requests to have all full names, dates of birth in all mail and e-mail, as well as NVC case # and WAC #.

i recommend MAILING it. it took 12 days for my emailed form to be accepted. but then it won't hurt to do both. make sure you get an auto response if you email it..
