How long does it take after NVC forwards paperwork to Guangzhou China before P3 or interview

I am wondering how long does it take after NVC has forward the package to GuangZhou China before my finance receive the P3 packet. Also about how long does it take before receiving her VISA at this point. NVC sent the package to China on July 21. NOA#2 was received on July 17. Thanks in advance.

She should get the P3 two or three months after NVC says they sent the file to GUZ. Interviews are usually six to eight weeks after returning the P3. More specifically, an August P3 return could have an interview any day in October and so on.

In your case, I'd be looking for an interview in November with a possibility of October or December.
