Just checked NVC automated phone service and our I-130 was received on May 18th - same day Packed 3 for K-3 reached Montreal. Things are really moving now.

Now I'll wait for DS 3032. Thank God Tom is coming up next week and I can give it to him (or e-mail it to them as per guide.) I already have the DS 230 completed to send back with him so he can send it in when they request it) - Am I missing anything? I'll keep checking their phone progress of our case but I think that's all I can do for now. Also have 864 downloaded for him.

Thanks to Laurel for the great guide pinned to the top of this forum.

I think I will go back to Montreal for I-130 interview instead of doing AOS since things are moving so quickly (so far). It's not that far from Wisconsin, and the flights are reasonable.

Hope I'm not getting too far ahead of my self.
