I can tell you of a place here in NJ. They charged me $200 plus $24 for the blood test and tb. I brought my vaccination record so I didn't get any shots.

Paterson; its where I got it done. They didn't charge me a dime for the vaccination transcription. If you need all your shot its $400 plus $24 for the blood and tb test. If you already have your shots its $200 plus the $24.

I took the tests on Tuesday morning and a 3pm on friday I had the results ready. They handed me the envelope with all the analisis and I-693 and a copy of everything. The nurse that takes the blood out is real nice and she has a pretty nice hand. I hate needles so, if I tell you she was soft you can imagine.

I know the USCIS changed the vaccination shortly after I mailed everything. They have a new requirement, but if you want I can give you the number and you can call.

That would be fantastic. I currently have an appointment on Wednesday in Newark. The price is going to be $400 for everything (i dont have any records with me) and its going to take 2 visits, one to pick up or of course if they find anything positive then for x-rays. (which they wont.) They said that i would receive the results 4-6 working days after i have been there, something i'm not greatly keen on. What do you think of this service?

ANyone know cheapeast doc in the manhattan/queens/brooklyn area? one place i called said it would be $300 plus $100 to $200 for lab work! !!

Here's something I posted about a month ago:

Even though my wife and I have sent out her AOS last week, I'm still looking for a Civil Surgeon who will fill out the I-693 and give her the TB test for cheap, because we only sent in the DS-3025 so we expect an RFE.

I've called about 20 of them and they all have the same story. "We don't just fill out the form, we HAVE TO DO the full exam." And they all charge about $200-300.

Btw, they are ALL clueless as to the rule that they can leave parts 2 (medical/blood results), 3, and 4 blank. They all say that they have to fill out the whole form. One receptionist even told me that if we bring the medical and blood results that were given to DHS, that they would fill out the form. How can we bring them if she gave it in at POE. It's comical how misinformed (and uninformed) these people are.

Anyway, I kept calling and came across one that only charges $125 TOTAL for the whole thing (exam, bloodwork, TB test, and fill out form). They wouldn't agree to just fill out the form for cheaper, but at this price it may be worth it. Let's see, most doctors charge $30-50 just to fill out the form, and about $40 for the TB test. So at $125, it's not much more than that, and you get the exam and the bloodwork again, in case the USCIS person who works on your case doesn't know you are exempt from a full exam. If we get an RFE, I'll probably take my wife there.

cheapest place is public city health department.

except it will not be a qualified medical for AOS purposes.... you can get immunizations anywhere but the medical exam must be done by a US Civil Surgeon

YMMV
