This is terrible. I hope the string of approvals we saw earlier will not be the entire # for this month? A few of us here are so close but at the rate VSC is working it seems a lot far away from an approval. Lets keep our fingers crossed for at least 1 approval today. :unsure:

When I check my portfolio on the USCIS website, I use their dropdown choice "customer". If we were really customers, the USCIS would have already been booted for a better option. Maybe they should add something else to the dropdown choices,,,something that better fits how we are treated. When I checked earlier today, the USCIS processing date hadn't been updated yet. Isn't this normally done around the 15th of the month? Once our NOA1 dates are surpassed by the USCIS processing date, what are our options?

I think something is going on at VSC. They moved all those CR-1s to CSC. They haven't approved a K-3 in a week. If you look at the graphs here:

Keep in mind the I-129F NOA1 to NOA2 graphs are switched here on VJ. By this, I mean that the graph for VSC is actually the graph for CSC and CSC is the graph for VSC.

Basically they have shut down any type of marriage based petition, and are only approving K-1s. I noticed they approved 18 of those in the last week.

a touch..an approval here and there...please!

precisely what ive been thinking. somethings fishy at vsc. i mean, i was kinda expecting at least 1 approval for monday but all is silent . maybe they are going to give us approvals in december as our xmas surprise or what?

aug. 26, 2008----transferred to csc

sept. 19, 2008--- approved

NVC:

sept. 26, 2008----got case # from a live operator

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX
