yehey... got our MNL CASE NO today. been also told it was send to Manila Embassy! Thank GOD ! hope all of US have a SPEEDY process here.. good luck to all!

ps. what can i do next while waiting?

Congrats!! :thumbs:

Now, call for an interview appointment!!!

Then, Go Pay your Visa Application ($131), and pay your Document Verification (650pesos).

Then try to get all the stuff on the checklist, your passport, your ds-156, ds156k, ds157, your NBI clearance, police clearance, birth certificate, photos, notarized I-134, w2 form, company letter, emails, proof of relations, etc...

Then make copies of manila case # letter, copies of email confirmation of Interview appointment, copies of NOA2.

Then take your medical exam!

and last! your Interview!

01/13/08 we first met personally at NAIA airport

01/25/08 he flew back to FL.

04/21/08 check cashed/ noticed receipt issued (noa1)

07/28/08 touched ( i was so excited if we will get approve )

07/29/08 rfe sent from uscis and fiance received it through fax. actually he called that time to follow up our case and the woman said that we have our rfe so my fiance asked to send it through fax right away.
