Whatever mine has gained has been spread out, so he doesn't have a gut or anything, but it's easier for him to find pants now. What I've noticed most is that his face has filled out -- he had lost so much weight in the stress before the interview that his face had become really thin. Now he has a more sedentary job, is enjoying the wonders of the drive-through, and doesn't have as much time to play soccer, so we're both going to have to watch out.

Edited for Monday-morning spelling and grammar.

Well mine is about 63 kilograms. He is tall, thin, has no butt or stomach! His face has filled out some with the few pounds he has gained. He sits at home all day long with our son and has become lazy but still has very healthy eating choices. He always takes the fat off of his meat and doesn't add cheese. You often see him carrying around a whole cucumber to snack on. I will find him eating a whole bag of chips every few weeks but still he does well most other times. He was on a golden corral kick when he first got here. ( i hate that place). I took him yesterday and watched him eat...all meat and veggies with fruit with one small piece of cake. He ate 5 plates of food but barely any carbs.

I would like to see him around a healthy 160-165 but mainly I want him healthy. Right now he will not wear jeans so he has this casual type of pants he wears at home and it is just so hard to find his size. I will look at jcp online because the ones we bought at Kohls weren't on their website. Thanks for the advice!

Ye what's up with these MENA guys and their fear of fat? Mine also takes fat off of meats ... won't eat foods if is too greasy ... like it is cooked in more then TBS of oil!

My ex husband was the exact same size... 29-30 waist (30's were roomy) and a 34 length and about the only place we had luck was Gap - In store or online - Jeans were easier to find, but khakis or cargo pants were very hard at other stores...... And when we would find them they weren't really "stylish" or something that he wanted to wear...

I just checked Gap online and they have alot in 29 x 34 that are non jeans

http://www.gap.com/browse/category.do?cid=...17&sortBy=0

I hope that helps you!! Some of them are really nice and quite a few on sale from $15-25 range ... Also if you do buy there, before you check out google "online coupon codes AND Gap" and you'll find a lot of codes to use for discounts, free shipping, etc! And I think you can have things sent to your local store and maybe save more that way!!!

Getting pants tailored works but it can be expensive or sometimes just a pain..... So if you can avoid it, try Gap. Old Navy is cheaper but mostly only carries length of 34 in waist sizes of 32 and up .... Before I married my ex husband I use to think it was hard for a girl to find pants that fit right if you were bigger than size 10 or 12, but I see it is discriminatory in the reverse for thin people !

My husband is the opposite re: fat. He cooked lunch the past two days for us...hotdogs and when I found out he used almost half a stick of butter to cook them in I almost died!

Meanwhile he's like 5'7" and almost 128 pounds.

I can't remember seeing 128 pounds. Maybe in Junior High school or something.

Anyways I have no hope of him EVER gaining weight since he has this weird ocd thing about not eating without me. He doesn't eat breakfast or lunch when he works since, I'm not there to eat with him, so he's starving at dinner but still, that's only one meal per day.

My husband is a thin, tall man and we are having extreme problems finding pants in his size in the major department stores. He could wear a 28x34 but if we have to he could do a 29x34 or at the largest 30x34. Any suggestions on places to shop for him?

I posted this in MENA because I know a lot of the men are thin.

I've found up to 28 x 36 at Old Navy on occassion. Online for sure.....Old Navy, JC Penney's. JC Penney's you can order online and have them ship to the catalog department of a local store to save on shipping.

That's where I get jeans for my sons skinny butt :star:

Does your husband smoke? I see people who smoke usually are the very thin ones who eat little.

We could get the pants tailored by they would probably be more expensive then buying the pants.

Shouldn't cost more then 10$ ... check around at your local dry cleaners.

LOL!

My husband says "sausages" of any kind are the worst food men ever invented. Funny since I love 'em but I guess here the only sausages are mergeuz which are nasty as hell! Once I bought some imported halaal hot dogs ... he made me throw them out LOL! Would not even try them LOL!

Hey Tasha,

I think the stores everyone recommended are where I have been shopping for my hubby too! He's so thin and tall as well! GRRR (jealous) :) He eats so much junk like it going out of style and still is a rail...but he works out so much that he burns everything off that he shovels in! I keep praying it sneaks up on him...hehe

Old Navy, Gap, Kohls and sometimes but its a hit or miss Marshalls. Online rocks...as Ash said...I would try there as well.
