i am not sure because I filed ine n dec. of 07 and still only go NOA1. just hold on it will happen.

Hi based from experienced and most cases of others, that will take you wait atleast maximum of 4 months after you received your NOA1. Just wait and be patient, it will come along.

Hello everyone! We filed last May, lawyer says she is expecting NOA2 within the month of September. We are keeping our fingers crossed. We felt that we have waited forever for the approval.

Our NOA2 took 255 days but we are CR1 (filed Dec 07, approval Aug 08). Keep smiling, the approval will come soon. Good luck
