Hi guys, I just wanted to ask all Filipina/Filipino beneficiaries here. What happens after NOA2? I've been trying to make sense of the timelines posted to check what really happens next but I've become more confused than ever. This is basically how my and my husband's journey has been:

06/6/08- I-130 Sent - California Center

06/11/08 - NOA1

08/11/08 - NOA2 (online)

08/14/08 - NOA2 (by mail)

Should I start getting excited? What do I and my husband do now? How soon after is the Visa interview at the Embassy?

Thank you in advance for your help!!! :hehe:

You should check Loto's pilot guide posted on this forum. Your case will be sent to NVC and then they will generate the DS-3032 and I-864(AOS) fee. You can email them if you are the beneficiary or wait until you receive it from the NVC or print it out from the website and mail it to NVC. The petitioner can call NVC once it is generated and get the IIN or invoice number from them and pay online. The petitioner should also get the forms for the I-864(AOS) ready. The beneficiary should also get ds-230 info ready and sent to the agent. Good luck.

Found the post! Thanks so much happyinlove...I think the real legwork on my end (beneficiary) starts now... :)

Hi Brianmarie, I was quite amazed myself by how quick it was. I was expecting the worst. Although my husband and I have been married for almost 2 years but managed to file the petition only recently.. But hang in there and don't lose hope. Our boss up there hears our prayers and has the best plans for us. ;)

Yes my case was completed on 8/14/08. After your husband sent in the AOS package the next step would be to pay the IV bill and then you want to get all the documents for the DS-230 ready and he should print it out and mail it to you so that you can sign part 1 and sent the required documents. I recommend you follow Loto's guide

This helped me out a lot. Good luck.
