Confused on G-325A and I-134

I wanna make sure I'm understanding this right. When submitting the original package of info, I'm to fill out the G-325A, even though I don't meet the poverty guidelines for support. This is not actually taken into consideration when filing the I-129F. Later on when foreign fiance is doing the interview, he needs the I-134 from my mother who will be sponsoring him, and that's when all that will be dealt with? Or is the G-325A supposed to be filled out by my mother also? I'm scared of doing this wrong and getting an RFE!! (The RFE itself doesn't scare me, the delay in getting him here does--it's already been way too long!!)

Thanks!!

You and the foreign fiance fill out separate G325a forms. (all four pages and four signatures). Later, you and you mother fill out separate I-134 forms and supply supporting documentation to go with them. Notarize the forms.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
Understanding the big picture is priceless. Anonymous

Yes you fill out the G-325a EVEN THOUGH you don't meet the income requirements. Your fiance also needs to fill one out.

Your foreign fiance will need an I-134 from you IN ADDITION to one from your co-sponsor. It does not matter if you don't meet the income requirements, you are required to provide them with an I-134 assuming your embassy requires an I-134 in general.

Your mother doesn't fill out an RFE.

Try reading the guides at the top of the page, they will definitely help you out.
