can I send DS 3032 form from US To NVC on behalf of wife

my wife who lives in india, and want to know that can i send DS 3032 form from US to NVC, or does she have to email to NVC, or mail it from India to NVC? she is going to scan DS 3032 form and sign it and then send it to me.

Got Married Oct. 22nd, 2007

Sure, it doesn't say it has to come from India.

I am the foreign spouse, but I have done all the correspondences with NVC on behalf of my husband since I have more free time right now compare to him. I just created a common email account and sent all the email correspondences ( i.e. expedite request, amendment of errors) to NVC from that email account.

Gaurav this is what i did for our DS-3032, when nvc mailed me a copy of the DS-3032 i scanned it and emailed my wife that form then she printed it out n signed it and scanned/emailed me back. so once i had the signed ds-3032 in my email i printed it out n mailed to NVC...went through without problem.

Gaurav this is what i did for our DS-3032, when nvc mailed me a copy of the DS-3032 i scanned it and emailed my wife that form then she printed it out n signed it and scanned/emailed me back. so once i had the signed ds-3032 in my email i printed it out n mailed to NVC...went through without problem.

this is also what i did.. and also do an overnight mail to nvc for all documents.. to be safe and to speed up the process.

Yes you can scan the DS-3032 and email it to her and she can send it to NVC. I spoke to a rep about this same topic and they told me that I can do that. They also told me that my husband cannot scan his signature because it has to be an original not a copy. It will be faster if she can print it out and sign and mail it out as soon as possible. Good luck.
