6. Copies of life insurance policies for DH showing me as beneficiary

and two policies for me, both showing DH as the primary beneficiary

Any other ideas? We don't have kids due to an ongoing health crisis of mine and it may be some time before I am able to. I am also including 2 affadavits from my friends, one is our best friend who knew both of us before we even met and my dad's girlfriend who has had us over for Christmas for both 2006 and 2007 and quite often in between.

Thanks in advance for any advice given.

For some reason some of the things cut off.

We have joint health insurance

All of the credit cards also include statements for 2006-2008 as do the banks as well.

Looks like quite the complete package. How about adding just some pictures and utility bills showing same address? also your driver's license or state IDs showing same address is a good idea.

Might be able to dig up a few pics. I was sick since Jan 2006. Our utilities were in my name since hubby didn't have a SSN at first and we haven't moved since we processed our AOS. Our IDs are registered to our PO Box, so that is all they really cared about at our AOS. I think I forgot to write down I also included my Voter's Registration card showing my home address.

I just had to give them a copy of my PO Box application showing that my registered home address was my home.

Looks good. Only other thing I could think of would be your wills if you have them done listing each other as spouse, beneficiary, executors, etc.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
