Pieces of luggage

I know approximately the weight in which a piece of luggage should not exceed, but if I wanted to bring say 4 pieces of luggage of the same weight, could I do that and pay the extra? I got so many clothes I haven't got the heart to throw out.

Thanks.

That's my plan for next month. I have 4 military duffle bags. I can't see an airlines saying no - if you're willing to pony up the dough.

when i visited the usa on virgin and ba i think the free ammount is two bags for international flights,no more than... was it 15 or 24 kg?

and i think there was a dimention restriction too. i am assuming you dont have to warn them first? it should all be found on the airlines websites about passenger information.

Yeah I think it's 24 :) Two bags = two suitcases right? Yuh I think I will read about passenger info on the airline website just to double check. Cheers man

You can always just pay the extra baggage fee.

I hope so. I got so much sh*t it's unbelievable

I would definitely look at the specific airline website, or you can call the airline's 1-800 number... you are willing to pay for extra luggage, so I don't think you have anything to stress about.
