There is a template of DS-3032 in Loto's guide, you can email that.

Email the form as an attachment will also work.

I have seen many people emailed the choice of agent but now when they are done they say "I should have mailed it instead of email"

What are the Cons of doing this? Anyone?

Not always...you can do both just to make sure! i haven't even recived my DS3032 from NVC yet. I sent an email but it wasnt' even processed yet...to this day. But I also expressed mailed it (created with James' shortcuts) and it was entered into the system the same day they received it. It depends on if you mailing it form within the US or outside, but these days the hard copy I think is being processed much fast. VJers are reporting 2 weeks for them to put the emailed request into the system.

The hard copy mail has to be mailed from the beneficiary or the I can do it here from US to NVC? I have all the papers ready here, can I just mail them or my wife has to do it from Iran?

Thanks

What papers? There ds3032 is one page. If she signed it and it is ready...you can send from the US to NVC. I would express mail it.

Instead of mailing the physical copy of the DS-3032, just e-mail the same format using Loto's format... E-mail when NVC has generated your case number.. You will need that in order to e-mail it..
