I had the feeling they were gonna do this.... I am thinking next 2 weeks will be quiet.... Have you noticed they did bunch of approval right before the 15th?.. The next processing date they will show on the website will be for "August 15, 2008". So, I think they did bunch of approvals just to update the Processing date....... I hope I am wrong...........

Processing date on the website will be February 17, 2008. +/- 1 day. Those don't mean anything. They just add 30 days to the times every month. CSC is approving July K-3 filers. This is bulls**t.

Done for 3 years or 10 years. Haven't decided yet.

(I'm going for the IR-1 and blowing off the K-3. Even if it takes an extra couple months, it's worth it to not have to deal with USCIS again)

"Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

Welcome to the USA!!!

It kinda funny when you think about a thread started to post approvals is over two pages with no sign of even a touch!

I am on a trading floor. I need to stop checking VJ every 5 minutes. My boss will catch me some day! And it's not the fun 'ol days at Wall Street.

not even a touch ... vsc is silent and csc has been giving out approvals. is there any logical explanation for this?

Still no NOA1 back, guess it is still soon to be upset! See my spreadsheet: http://public.sheet.zoho.com/public/samir....ourney-timeline

I told my lawyer today that I'm just gonna go the IR-1 route. I've waited this long. Might as well get it all done now. Then I wont have to deal with any of this for another 10 years.

Yes! Yes! Yes!!!:dance::dance:

I finally got approved!!! It is worth the wait and now I'm looking forward to NVC. NVC - here I come!!!

Good luck to all of you waiting!

FYI. . . I did call VSC last week and requested for my applications to be transfered to CSC. The representative was a very nice lady and told me that by the time they get ready to transfer my applications to CSC, it might be my turn to be approved. I don't know if that phone call made a difference but I'm so happy.

Good luck to all you!!!

WOW! That's awesome! Congratulations!!

My timeline is somewhat similar to yours so I hope they haven't skipped my forms and they also give me an approval soon.

Me and my husband are going crazy and sometimes we are feeling depressed. Why can't VSC be as efficient as CSC? If they are far behind due to other visas, they should share the work with the other centers (It seems they've just started doing that). At least the wait would be fair to everyone, independent of their place of residence...

Well, God bless us!
