Week of August 18

I am thinking that we will see more K3 approvals out of VSC this week. I don't have hope for myself this week, but I'll be surprised if VJ members like khaleda, sference and SraCastillo don't approved. Of course, there are many many stand alone I-30 or CR1/IR1 filers in VSC that are waiting from Jan of this year. They should also be due for an approval, but I see K3s getting kicked out first.

Please post any approvals from the K3/I-130 category here for the week of August 18.

good thread....I'll certainly get the spreadsheet updated ASAP:

http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=p-9...Rqfdg&gid=3

going by NOA1 dates, Feb. has been completed with NOA2's.

There have been some received for March and few in April and 1 in May.

Again, going by NOA1 dates,

there are 13 for March,

6 for April and 12 for May yet needing their NOA2's

Lets see what changes this week.

As it is, August on target to break the record for most K3 approvals out of VSC according to VJ Stats. I have hope that it will be greater than 20 or so for VJ members, which is a good sign because in real life they are probably banging out a lot more. Unlike the popular belief amongst many, I think VSC has been working their butts off lately...overtime is always a good time. It's Christmas time anyways! ;-) some get bonuses, some get overtime. it all works out the same in the end.

If I get approved next week, come and join me for beers if you are in / around NYC. I'll be throwing a party...LOL....high hopes, they never got me anywhere then why do I continue to a positive person? dang, it must be my good upbringing!

Birch-Beer, You do a good job with all updates at the spreadsheet. I see you are just days before me in the timeline, I hope we can see more approvals from March and April months shortly. I take a week’s break from VJ and going to have a vacation with my husband in Europe.

Hey Birch, CJ

I'm one of the new members on VJ. Hope this increased activity from VSC is a sign of more good news to come for the rest of August and September.

Add me to the spreadsheet too! Thanks and good luck to all!

We are waiting too. Our I-130 was send on January 31, (NOA1 on February 19) and I-129F on February 29 (NOA1 on March 4). We also got "touched" two times for I-130 (02/24/2008 and 05/08/2008), and already 3 times for I-129F (03/04; 03/06; 03/26). Still waiting for NOA2. It is so depressing. I feel like I can't handle this any more. I didn't see my daughter more than two years, and my husband already 8 months. I guess all I can do is praying for God's help. Good luck to everyone. Hope you will be with your family very soon. I can understand your feelings and pain because of being apart.

Jen

I had the feeling they were gonna do this.... I am thinking next 2 weeks will be quiet.... Have you noticed they did bunch of approval right before the 15th?.. The next processing date they will show on the website will be for "August 15, 2008". So, I think they did bunch of approvals just to update the Processing date....... I hope I am wrong...........

not even a touch ... vsc is silent and csc has been giving out approvals. is there any logical explanation for this?

feb. 26,2008-----noa1

aug. 26, 2008----transferred to csc

sept. 19, 2008--- approved

NVC:

sept. 26, 2008----got case # from a live operator

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX
