Maybe you need to lay off the cheese, Krikit :P

Does cheese cause mares?

apparently so - especially the moldy ones like blue cheese.

What about Roule!!??? I'm eating some of that wonderful artery-popping goodness as we speak!! And it's getting late!!!

I've been having some serious nightmares, lately, and I've noticed that my husband - who never has them - has also. Has anyone else been experiencing the same?

Are you trying to find out if the general population of VJ as a group is experiencing an increase in nightmares? If that were happening, why do you think that might be?

No, I haven't experienced any change; I get them from time to time, but I always have.

Does cheese cause mares?

I don't know, but you can probably get cheese from mares' milk :P

I only have nightmares after watching a scary and or creepy movie..

I do have quite a few interesting dreams though but I can never remember them in the morning.. it is quite annoying :P

I rarely have any nightmares.

Yet, sometimes I do also have interesting dreams that could be of something that is related to everyday situations or problems.

I also remember them when I wake up and look up their meanings in a dream book.

Maybe you need to lay off the cheese, Krikit :P

This was disproved a while back, although it is still a fun idea. :D

Krikit ~ Are either of you taking any medication? Some meds can cause nightmares/bad dreams, or simply more vivid dreaming.

my hubby sometimes gets very active when he dreams... sometimes he kicks etc.. and he wakes up and says he was dreaming of kicking someone or something

one time at the hospital he kicked himself right off the bench he was sleeping on

and the other night he woke me up with yelling  in the morning I told him about it but he didn't remember ..

Has anyone woke up sobbing from a vivid dream? It happened to me just today.

I once woke up laughing, does that count :P

But I have seen my grandma sobbing in her dreams or muttering something.

About nightmares, I don't really get that much of sleep to get any dreams. I am mostly insomnic on most of the nights, but do remember getting one a couple of months ago, and it was all some horrible creatures running after me, they were taking off my skin and then sucking the blood of out me and would stitch my skin back

had one on the weekend.. i had flown into LAX for some reason (never been there in my life) and a plane was flown into the side of the airport (wonder where I got that idea), anyway i called hubby in the dream to let him know i was on the opposite side of the airport and was unhurt - then a tsunami came from out of no where and hit the airport..

tsunami's and planes crashing into buildings.. I'm guessing it was trauma resulting in the media I've watched.. it was interesting how it's just coming out now. never dreamed that kind of dream before.. :P
