I don't have nightmares, usually. Maybe one or two per year.

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

My anxiety level shoots up when I have a flight booked....and have reoccurring nightmares of watching planes crash...I'm never on them, just stand there and watch them fall out of the sky :(

Other than that I don't have them.

I usually only have nightmares when I have alot of drama (like an argument) or when I watch a scary movie. I used to bad about falling asleep with the tv on and inevitably I would dream about what was playing in the background. Not good. Other than that, I do dream occasionally, but most I do not recall.

I've been having some serious nightmares, lately, and I've noticed that my husband - who never has them - has also. Has anyone else been experiencing the same?

Do you consider any bad dream a nightmare? Because I have some disturbing dreams but it's not like I'm being chased by monsters. A lot of my dreams focus on ghosts, usually where they are hidden or invisible but I can sense their presence and it makes me feel uneasy then I try to taunt them to get them to react and expose themselves. I've noticed those types of dreams have increased since we moved. We're really close to a cemetery...not sure if that has anything to do with it.

For some strange reason there are always tons of documentaries and/or shows on airplane crashes just before I have to get on a plane and I used to have nightmares about it but never ever happened. I now take that as a sign that I'm going to have a safe flight.

Yes, I would consider bad dreams as nightmares. I think the highlighted bit has to do with VJ.

Maybe you need to lay off the cheese, Krikit :P

Does cheese cause mares?
