Okay folks here goes..........................

In 1998 i filed a K1 visa for my then fiacee and it all went thru perfectly but within 90 days we saw that our relationship was not going to work out so we parted ways and sent her back to the Philippines.

Then in 2005 I filed a k3 visa for my new wife but she left me due to religious reasons, she was a member of the INC and I am Catholic, I refused to convert to her religion, so while the papers were in process i had it cancelled so she never made it to the interview.

In Jan of 2006 my divorce was finalized.

Now last Feb of 2008 I filed a K1 visa for my new fiancee and it was just recently approved, do any of you think my fiancee or I will come across any problems during the interview ?

would it be possible that she be denied due to the past applications ?

No,Ur fiancee won't have problems about the past applications.As long that u have evidence of genuine relationship and she can answer all the questions specially regarding the past applications.When is her interview????Mine is on Sept.29.

I have heard rumors of people being denied due to a perception of the USC being a serial filer. I don't know anything for sure.
