my peitioner just received last week his notice from the NVC that his petition has beemn forwardedto manila embassy, question number one is, HOW SOON CAN I GET MY NOTICE HERE? and whern i get my notice, HOW SOON (ESTIMATED TIME) CAN I HAVE MY REQUIREMENTS COMPLETED? GENERALLY FOR THOSE WQHO HAVE EXPERIENCE JSUT WANT TO ASK HOW MANY MONTHS U GATHERED ALL UR REQUIREMENTS... BECAUSE I WANNA GO WITH HIM ON NOVEMBER OR EARLY DECEMBER,ANYTIME BEFORE CHRISTMAS.. MAY THAT BE POSSIBLE?

Not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for but you can see the average amount of time it took couples to get from the NOA2 phase to the interview by going to the Timeline Page and click "Similar Timelines to Me". That will give you a list of people who are going through the Manila consulate and their time estimates. Hope that helps some.

That's something that depends upon how busy your embassy is. Look on this site, as you can check to see the average time it takes from receiving the NOA2 to the scheduled interview date.

Manilla has some unique requirements specific to that Consulate. You are going to want to visit the Regional Forum - Phillipine thread to get more information regarding those requirements. Look for a specific post by Sherrif Uling describing the process in Manilla. That is your best resource. Good luck!
