We play Ecuador... but the root of our problems is that negative swede... why can't someone kidnap him??? :blink:

Paul and I met on the Bazaar on the 14th January (he joined my progressive rock forum that day)

July 3rd he flew to England to meet me

We fell in love while he drove all over the place coz I cannot read maps (we were supposed to go to Ingleton - but touched Darlington 4 times, Pierce Bridge 6 times, Scotch Corner twice and Bernard Castle twice and we never did make it to Ingleton)

It has been so long and so much has happened in between...

Arrived in Houston on October 29th 2006

Married 17th November 2006

Lost my father 8th January 2007 (all dates are a blur after this)

Conditional Green Card dated 24th October 2007

I-751 posted on 6th August 2009

Received on 7th August 2009 in VT

I just have to say that Rodriguez (Argentina) has scored the most beauuuuutiful goal of this World Cup!

I cannot agree - this is a team that makes me feel violently ill :bonk:

I totally understand you! I think that you still remember "the God's hands" when Maradona using his arm/hand scored a goal against England.

Carola, most of English people remember or know about the Hand of God... They say that they could have won the World Cup that year (then again, apparently they say so every World Cup!) In any case, Graham was arguing yesterday that if the linesman had seen it or stated that it was a hand ball, Maradona would have got a red card, therefore he could've not scored the 2nd goal.... Therefore, they would've one... He says it's all if's...

In any case, Maradona coming clean in a show he had in Argentina and saying that it had been indeed hand ball made English people screech and just angered them even more, can't blame them really! That bloody dwarf does my head in! Can't stand him or the Argentinean team.... They are soooooooo full of themselves!

Bummer that Mexico didn't win, they really deserved it... Hope Germany makes a good BBQ with them on friday! A Gaucha BBQ as my dad would say!

COME ON BRASIL AND SPAIN!!!!!!!!!!

After having re read my old post I could not help to laugh about the bit Lisz laughed.... I read it out loud for Graham and he asked me to say that I should not get even started on the Falklands....

He hates the argies, and says that if he ever wins the lottery will buy an entire army and invade them to see how they like it! :jest::lol: bless him!
