I wanna know what Sven was thinking playing Owen, then having to use a sub 4 mins in..

he had to Lisa, Owen and Rooney together make a great team, it is just damned unlucky that Owen has picked up another injury. Owen should have been playing more than what he has to get him back to full match fitness.

Trouble is with Rooney not 100% fit and only Crouch and Walcott the only other strikers we have left, Sven is going to have to change tactics and the only way for me is to play Joe Cole as he has been doing and to let Steven Gerrard play a "rover" type role even if that means the 1, 5, 4 . Gerrard is a midfielder but boy can he get the balls in the net, imagine what he could do if he was a striker

He will have to play young Walcott at some stage of a game though otherwise he will be castigated for not bring Defoe instead

Now you know why we want rid of him and to bring in an English man who played in our leagues and played for England,

And I also say "GO USA"

That was NEVER a penalty... Italy are doing their part to keep the USA's dreams alive but they really have to start looking like they want it more than Ghana in the second half.

I've managed to get the game playing on our projector screen system here at work and there are even a few american colleagues shoing some mild interest in the game.... imagine that !!
