So far Argentina and Spain played better than the rest of the teams. The performance of the great favorite Brazil is really....REALLY... poor. My bets are for:

1) Argentina

2) England

3)Germany

OH Argentina, the team that are not soccer players but starving Actors from Argentina. They get brushed lightly and they fall down and roll all over acting like they are in major pain. 10 secs later they are running around like nothing happens.. They take dives in the box to try to get a one on one to score.. Seems that is their only tactic to get goals.

I hope they lose in the next round. A team full of actors..

I wanna know why Sven didn't bring Jermaine Defoe (or however you spell his name) when Owen has been injured for much of this past season -- and then brought Theo Walcott when he's not going to play him.

I still say diving should not be a yellow card and if the ref can't tell the difference from a real foul and a dive they need to go to instant replays. To me it the same as what happens in American football when someone touches the punter and they go down like they have been shot. If the ref buys the act shame on them and more power to the player.

I taped the match and will watch it later tonight, but Holland has a pretty good team too. Plus both were already through to the next round, so the both were probably more interested in not getting anyone hurt or suspened for the next match than winning.

Your boys play Japan tomorrow, so let's see how well they do with already being through to the next round.
