No, the AR-11 is for the US citizen if they move during a petition. Once the beneficiary arrives though you will have to notify USCIS within 30 days of moving within the US.

Ar-11 is for the beneficiary if he or she moves after moving to the US (it says you need to file this within 10 days of moving) and no the beneficiary does not have to file that when they first move to the US...

the 1-865 is for the US citizen/petitioner to file if he or she moves.. (it says you should file this within 30 days)

ahh, my bad. Thanks for correcting this. I had looked at the AR-11 when I was filing K1 and had moved. I assumed it served both purposes once the petitioner and beneficiary were together in the same country.

well it does say this...

With the exception noted above, all non-U.S. citizens who move within the United States and its territories must submit a Form AR-11 within 10 days after completing the change of address.

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD

from what I can remember when you fill out the forms you include the address you will be moving to in the US...

I really think it is pointless to inform them of your move to the US as they already have your US address... and if that address has changed between the time you have your visa and you move to the US, you can update the address at the POE...
