I chose single for both options.

I had just turned 23 when I met my husband and marriage was not even in my mind at that time...nor was I sure it was in my future. But I fell in love and now we're happily married.

I meant that as a joke. People always say you'll find someone when you aren't looking, but for me, there never actually WAS such a time :P

I was several years away from my second divorce. Dating some, and in general enjoying single life. I was not looking for anyone or anything. BLAM, I met my wife at my Birthday celebration, in the Philippines. Nothing has been the same since. It was true love at first site. I never could hope to have something like that happen again in my lifetime. WOW.

So I suppose it does happen. Just not not very darned often.

We have been together for 7 years now (as much as possible), and here married for 3 years. Because it happened so quick, we took our time before getting married. That and the K1 requirements!

So to answer the question, I'd be single till the day I die, unless something like this happened to me again. :)

I had already been single for 10 years by the time I met my hubby...I was a confirmed spinster and perfectly happy, I never thought I would ever get married again.

If we broke up, I would buy more cats and lock all my freakin' doors, swearing off men forever.

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast
