I was just looking at the Vermont timeliunes for K1's. It seems that vermont came to a screaching halt right after the middle of April and not many 1 or 2's have been issued. Is that true of the other centers also?

I was talking about the same thing yesterday. It seems it fully stopped. I haven't been touched or anything since the 1st of May.

Until they come up with a new I-129F, or some other form for the petitions they've already received, I don't think anything will happen. All the service centers are in "lock-down" right now. :(

All other centers are right around 3/6, which is the date IMBRA went into effect. Vermont had to recall around 1100 petitions. I'm guessing if you took those into account, it would put them somewhere back around 3/6 too. I'm guessing the delays are something along the lines of the centers not having the systems set up yet to run the checks that IMBRA requires, or possibly something relating to the lawsuits over IMBRA currently. I'm guessing once they get going again, they'll probably be cranking out a lot real quick.
