Passport photos for interview and medical questions

The website listed for medical doctors for the exam isnt valid..

Does anyone have the recent list.

Secondly, the info on this page says:

How many Passport Photo's Required for the medical? 2

How many Passport Photo's Required at the interview? 2

Does this mean passport style photos... as in 1 from the actual passport, and another from a drivers license... or will this be the same 2 stand-alone passport style photos that we submitted with out i129f petition?

You need two, separate, passport style photos for each person receiving a medical exam (In Kiev we needed three), you will also need two for the interview. When your fiancee and/or her children get these done, get lots of them! It is cheaper just to get extra copies of the same photo.
