WE GOT RFE FOR AFFIVIDAVIT OF SUPPORT

can anybody knows how we can send the RFE requirement..do we need to wait for the mail from NVC??they said we need a barcode for it...pls anyone help out cos the form we need to resubmitt is already ready...pls reply

You need to wait until you get the hard copy with the barcode, Chris Parker developed a RFE guide but was not successful, you can get another RFE easily if you use it... Sorry for the RFE!

we only got a 1 mistake in a form and they want us to re send it but i dnt know if the cover sheet barcode from the online payment is the one that we will be using or a diffrent one

you have to resummit the the packet with the corrections needed and the coverpage and barcode that comes with it i use to have it on my comp. but i just had to erase hard drive for virus and didnt have it backed up

ok not sure if this is what you send the first time but you have to generate your bar code for it and the address for mistakes instead of ATTN< CMR it is changed to ATTN. DR other then that its all the same

for get last post gave you wrong cover sheet you need the cover sheet for the affidavit of support from wiki james short cuts but the address corrections are still the same

I feel your pain. I just checked our status with the automated response amd we have a RFE for the same form. Now i have to wait till Monday to figure out the problem. Does anyone know if the mail is slow on the RFE's or do they get to you quickly. I seem to deal with one problem, to just walk into another one immediately. 30 mins ago i was on top of the roller coaster no i'm way down at the bottom.

hello Roca my hubby got the mail from the NVC lastnight and now he was going to send it today... my hubby wont like to wait till monday to start the process he is very anoxious..

So when was the RFE actually generated? How long did it take to get to you?

with the james short cuts you can fix the problem soon as you can call the operator at nvc and find out whats wrong and then you generate your own bar code
