The time lines are really different for everyone... no rhyme or reason always, but just have to wish the best for those waiting and say awesome and congrats for those who got their approvals fast
Well my point is I just don't believe anyone short of having some extreme emergency ever gets a 30 day approval. USCIS moves slower than a turtle with 2 broken legs & they generally don't even crack open a file for a few weeks, let alone approve one in a month.

Communicate everyday like what we did ( do chatting & talking tru phone ) Don't think that you are apart from each other instead feel that he/she is just beside you like you can hug and kiss each other.

Hope you will have your approval soon!!!!

This is exactly what keeps us half sane :) We text a ton everyday. We write emails everyday about what happened that day with eachother, just everyday stuff... i cooked bla bla for dinner and bla bla bla.

We chat as much as possible.

This REALLY helps.

I think of my house as my husbands house, I talk to him as if he is here. Its not all about the process or waiting. Also, we talk alot about the future.

This all helps TREMENDOUSLY!

Don't get me wrong, its always going to be hard, but these things help us. :)

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Thanks everyone for your comments, but I want to mention some of us are from countries which are dangerous and things go on daily that do put our lives at risk so not all of us are fortunate enough to have the luxury of being in "safe" countries. Some spouses do have the reality of worrying if they will ever see their significant other again due to problems in their spouse's countries. Like me, the area I live in is not the greatest and things do happen here which do cause alarm to my wife.

We will try to stay calm and be patient but the fact of all (me not being very safe in my home country) this is what is driving my wife "mad". She is very concerned about my safety and her own(due to the neighbors treating her cruelly. Please pray for us all of you and we will do the same for you. Again I appreciate your comments and encouragement.

Samir

Your wife is not that far from me, I'll go down there and kick her nieghbors :) Not really, but you are both in my prayers and I hope you are reunited soon.
