hello guys,i have my interview date already sept.19,2008 6:30am.how will i know my schedule for medical exam and what are the requirements during the medical exam..your response is highly appreciated. :help:

hello, congrats that you have your interview appointment. About medical, it's up to you when do you want to have your medical at least a week before your interview. Walk-in basis and first come-first serve basis na kasi ngayon sa St. Luke's unlike before that the embassy sets for the medical date.

Requirements:

US$213.35 for adults (15 years of age or older)

US$185.35 for children (14 years of age or younger

3pcs Visa Photo (of the same kind each applicant)

Letter from NVC (original or copy will do)

Appointment Letter

BEST to do St. Lukes ASAP [As Soon As Possible] in case additional test such as sputum test are required which may cause you to miss your embassy interview date.
