this is for those who have reached rock hard bottom, for those who have gone into depression, for those on the verge of insanity... it is friday now which means another draining weekend for VSC victims with no hope for approvals. this is for the victims who feel emotionally tortured by all the waiting and for the bruised fingers clicking on the uscis site and finding out their petitions are " pending" amidst the wave of approvals at csc. lets give a toast to our wonderful VSC for the emotional stress, the financial strain and the pain of being apart from our loved ones. amen.:whistle::whistle:

Hmm how can you say such think about CSC.

Also just to let you know in April and May 150,000 I-129F were submitted this year that's only for 2 months. VJ is not even 1% of the actual numbers out there. Even that INS hired 500 new hires 2 months ago.

Ingat.

Ingat,

ur comment was uncalled for...what sasha has said is 100% true...i feel her pain coz these poor guys have been waiting for months without any movement to their file...while we r very happy for CSC, the fact still remains that we r in a black hole....sasha is still a few months ago...my file is much recent as compared to sasha and a few others on this forum...ull b surprised that people who filed around my time at the CSC have approvals already...and with ur comment about 500 new hires and VJ being 1% of the total population, r u defending CSC or USCIS??

There are still VSC filers from as early as August still left un-approved, not to mention the semi loads of filers from December, January and February.

CSC has there stuff together, and VSC is processing everything but the married petitions. Its not fair at all.

Its heart breaking to see a filer who files months after a few on this forum get approved in 1/4 of the time as of a filer from Dec. or Jan. much less Feb.who are stuck at VSC Hell House.

Good luck to all, and pray for patience and strength.

Paris Heart

One day VSC will get their heads out of their A$$ and start processing like CSC, the way it SHOULD be now.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

I agree.. Sasha is not against CSC.. VSC filers are suffering... There were lots of approvals in CSC (July filers) like me. I have nothing against that! Of course I would want to get the approval fast but I do know that there were filers ahead of me in VSC. They deserve to get the approval at the soonest..

by the way freddy007, you are a k1 filler and you are with csc thats why you have no idea about the emotional torture we people stuck at VSC are going thru. you say they have 500 new hires? if this is true, then the new hires assigned to csc are the only ones working their asses out . the new hires assigned to VSC, only God knows what they do every day. they work on a mondays and then the rest of the week is spent partying. so before you even make a comment, pls make sure youre on the right track.

I am so D@MN SICK of that date 2/24/08..... If there was any proof that my file still exists at this point (even if it's a f$%^ing RFE) I would be happy!!!! And no folks, I don't have this kind of potty mouth IRL, but VSC has gotten on my last nerve!!!!

Hey Freddy007/Ingat, you have no idea of what you just said, do you? You know, I am not here to wish anyone anything bad, but had you been in our shoes, I bet you would be cussing left and right because your status would still be reading "Case received and pending" even close to a year since filing. I hope that gives you an idea what the hell we're going through.
