It's funny because that's basically what a legitimate researcher said it looked like from the initial photograph. It's sad that any media outlet worth they're weight would even run with a story like this.

I'm not jaded to think that the finding will never happen.

The most apt punishment for these guys would be to ignore them forever. It surely would be delightful if no one ever showed up at another one of their press conferences.

Oh, I've been a Bigfoot believer since I was a kid...and after watching a program on PBS where scientists researched and evaluated hair and fecal sample of the Yeti, they found the DNA nearly matches that of apes. In fact, there is scientific speculation that Bigfoot is probably a primate that they believed had gone extinct 10,000 years ago....gigantopithecus....and we do have fossils of this creature so we know for sure it existed, at least at some point.

Someone will eventually find a live one, but there's a possiblility that have or we will drive them into extinction.

Geeze, it still ain't over! Today's paper states the two shysters also sold the frozen rubber suit for $50,000 and are now being charged with theft!

W e knew that all kinds of things went south when Georgia-Pacific fled Portland for Atlanta.

We had no idea Bigfoot had gone along for the ride.

Friday's news that a couple of hunters said they discovered a huge, hairy, apelike creature in the north Georgia woods was shocking.

Almost as shocking as the follow-up report that one of the lads runs a little travel business on the side -- offering Bigfoot tours.

Enough already with this ridiculous hoax. Everyone knows there's no Bigfoot in Georgia.

Bigfoot is an Oregonian.

He came here from the north country, crossed the Columbia on the Bridge of the Gods, got cut off when that causeway collapsed and has been hanging around the Hood River Valley ever since.

Bigfoot, we're pretty sure, has a particular fondness for pears.

There remain those who insist these creatures -- the yeti of Nepal, the yowie of Australia -- are folkloric, enduring expressions of a primeval human longing to touch the untouchable. Most of the people who think this way were English majors.

They need to get out more.

Well actually I beleive I have the answer to the Bigfoot claims. They are actually a lost group of tall Pakastanis. Given the fact that they are very hairy and leave a strong smell whenever the pass by. .. I tell this to my husband who is Pakastani.. he laughs.. It could be true dont you think?........
